Gather Ahead

Terms

What you can expect, and what this isn’t.

These are interim terms for the early-access period, published so the footer link is not dead. The full terms of service are being written with counsel and will replace this page before general availability.

Not legal advice, and not a law firm

Gather Ahead is a product of Kennett Revenue Architecture LLC. It organizes your own information and prepares you to meet a professional. It is not a law firm. It does not give legal, medical, or financial advice, it does not represent you, and nothing in it substitutes for your attorney. Anything that turns on judgment is deliberately left for counsel to answer.

Early access

During early access Gather Ahead is free, offered by hand to a small number of families in Minnesota and St. Croix County, Wisconsin. There is no contract, no card, and no commitment on your side. There is also no service-level promise on ours: this is a small product run by one person, and it is offered as it is.

Your information stays yours

You keep everything you put into a workspace. It will not be sold, published, or used to advertise. You can export it as one file at any time, and ask for it to be deleted by emailing brian@builtrevenue.com. See the privacy page for what is collected and where it is kept.

Accuracy

The checklists and guided questions reflect what an elder-law attorney commonly asks for. They are a preparation aid, not a determination of what your situation requires. Verify anything that matters with counsel before relying on it.

Changes

These terms will be replaced by full ones. If that changes anything material for families already using Gather Ahead, they will hear about it directly rather than by a silent edit to this page. Questions go to brian@builtrevenue.com.
